Dispatch & Worldwide Shipping
All parcels are dispatched within 3 working days. Pieces are available for worldwide shipping; however, we are currently unable to ship to the EU.
Domestic UK Delivery
UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 24hr Tracked, and any orders exceeding £100 are dispatched using Priority. Postage starts at £4.70 for small parcels and £6.50 for medium parcels, with exact pricing determined by size, weight, and value.
International Orders
Outside the UK, all orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Please note that costs vary significantly based on your residential location.
Pricing & Refunds
Each item is priced individually. While initial costs may seem high, I refund any excess postage as soon as Royal Mail confirms collection. Local collection can also be arranged by emailing hello@claregowceramics.com in advance.
Sustainability & Packaging
I made the conscious decision to ensure our packaging is as environmentally friendly as possible; 95% of our packaging is biodegradable, recycled, or recyclable. This investment in our planet is included in cost of postage and packing. Most orders use biodegradable packing peanuts; any polystyrene peanuts you receive are carefully reused from incoming parcels to maximize their lifespan.

Hand-washing
Longevity Tips
All of my functional stoneware is happy in the dishwasher or microwave. Decorative pieces may use glazes that are not food or dishwasher safe and this will be detailed in the item descriptions.
For my more delicate pieces or those with non-standard glazes, I recommend a gentle hand-wash.
To avoid thermal shock, please don't move pieces between extreme temperatures. Treating your items with care will help them remain a joyful part of your home for years to come.
Returns Policy
As each piece is lovingly homemade, I hope you find joy in the unique characteristics of your stoneware.
However if you aren't entirely happy with your pottery, I accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your item/s. All you need to do is contact me at hello@claregowceramics.com to arrange details of refund.
Any items refunded must be returned undamaged and packed securely in the original packaging. Unfortunately the cost of postage will not be reimbursed and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The pieces are packed with great care to ensure a safe journey from my studio to your home. In the unlikely event that your item/s arrives damaged or broken, please contact me within 2 working days and send photographs of the item/s to hello@claregowceramics.com
As a small batch pottery all items are individual with no two the same and same and made in small quantities. Therefore it might not be possible to exchange for an exact replica. However I will do my best to rectify the issue and if necessary a refund will be made.
